Thank you. v12 is the paid subscription one. v11 is the last free Anki version. I have both (I got the lifetime v12 version that I paid for less than $200), but I use the v11 because it's easier to edit and I don't have to worry about logging in. In the end, tons of people used the free version and did well on their Step exams and scored 260+.
