I'm trying to do the same quest on my Titan, but 'Step 2' cannot be completed. "Access the Relic in the Enclave and shape a weapon from the artifact you found on Savathûn's ship." When I approach the Relic, I get nothing prompting me to make a new spear. It is a simple mission that can be done solo in 2-3 minutes. After you are done, return to the H.E.L.M. and there should be a table in front of the Starchart. This is where you are supposed to place the relic. Just press the interact button and you should be done. Also, do note that you will get more relics after clearing other Pirate Hideouts.
