Ford f150 sync not working.

Anyone having issues with Sync? 2020 F150. For the past few weeks my sync system has been nothing but trouble. I park my truck and when I go back out I get this screen. It changes the Sirius station to the radio ID channel and deletes two banks of my presets. I have to go back into settings to recover the 2 presets everytime I get into the truck.Thread Starter.
